• AYO-IV and DMYO-V are two models of these Dynamic Mechanical Rubber Testing Machines, with unique operation characteristic of "Free Oscillation" as described in test methods ASTM D945-22 (exclusive method depicting Tavdi Company, Inc. as the sole manufacturer of these test machines globally) and ASTM D5992-96.

A significant modification in this design can be incorporated to extend the application range of the model DMYO-V. Such a modification may include a linear motor to induce "Forced Oscillation Mode" along the axis of compression or shear and a triangulating laser sensor to pick up the displacement without any friction. This model can be named as "Free and Forced Oscillation Dynamic Mechanical Analyzer" and will cover a much wider marketing area and strategy.

•       THE KEY PERSONNEL OF THE CURRENT ORGANIZATION WILL ASSIST THE KEY PERSONNEL OF THE NEW ENTITY FOR A PERIOD OF 6 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNING THE SALES CONTRACT ON A PART-TIME BASIS (NOT TO EXCEED 40 HOURS PER MONTH FOR 6 MONTHS).
