Following recent legal developments related to tariffs imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), the U.S. Customs and Border Protection is issuing refunds for certain qualifying imports.
For many small and mid-sized businesses, this could mean significant dollars returned, but refunds are not automatic and require action. We encourage you to share the below information with any businesses, importers, retailers, or manufacturers in your network who may be eligible.
