East Bay Chamber Board of Directors
Below is our 2022-23 East Bay Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Our Board of Directors is composed of a minimum of 17, and a maximum of 23 Chamber members. This includes the Executive Board and Committee Chairpersons.
The Board of Directors is responsible for establishing policies of the East Bay Chamber, the Program of Work, the budget, and the general affairs of the Chamber.
The Board of Directors meet monthly, on the third (3rd) Thursday of each month, with the exception of October. Directors are sworn in during our Annual Awards Banquet, held in October each year.
